What model is this stove?

This 2nd stove is a Model 61C. The timer looks to be missing, but that's easy to add later, when you can find one. It's a nice stove. If you are one of the people needing propane, then this model (as is all Model C's), is easy to convert. The compatible high-back would be the C90 back. Make sure you're not thinking about the Model B high-back (which is your original stove), as it's not likely easy to attach (although I think someone tried it recently - do a search and you'll find it - a gal named "brasscupcakes" was asking about how compatible it was to do that, and some kind soul actually did it and posted pics - what a Chambers kinda guy!!)

[img]smile.gif[/img] Good game plan!! The 2nd stove isn't bad and neither is the price. It's been used everyday and the owner knows the oven is off a few degree's. It's so easy to calibrate the oven, even I can do it!! Can not help about converting to propane. Hubby does the tech stuff on Big Bertha. But what is missing on right side of the oven thermostat??? Is that the timer??
Also, keep in mind you might what to send parts off to be rechrome, reporcelian and just give your Chambers a "face lift". Hence you might want to keep your old stove as a backup.
I absolutely love my B high back, with the shelf for my spices and salt pig!!
